We identified this under utilised site off market, which was located in between two adjacent blocks of flats containing 50 and 40 flats respectively on a similar size footprint.

Location: Clerkenwell, London EC1

Size: 22,500 sq.ft
Together with our Joint Venture Partner we worked in conjunction with the Association Of Optometrists to acquire this former printing works situated in the heart of Clerkenwell on an unconditional basis.
